The Legislative Assembly finds that Oregonians should be free from infections acquired during the delivery of health care. Action taken in this state to prevent health care acquired infections should be trustworthy, effective, transparent and reliable. Note: 442.853 to 442.856 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 442 or any series therein by legislative action.
