A rural hospital exempted from the certificate of need requirement by ORS 442.315 (8) shall report any action taken by the hospital that would have required a certificate of need if the exemption did not exist. Note: 442.347 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 442 or any series therein by legislative action.
