If the Health Licensing Office or the appropriate health professional regulatory board takes disciplinary action under ORS 441.099, the office or board may also impose a civil penalty of not more than $1,000 on a health practitioner for violating ORS 441.098 (2), (3), (4) or (5). Note: 441.991 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 441 or any series therein by legislative action.
