The Director of Human Services shall adopt rules in accordance with ORS chapter 183 as necessary to implement the provisions of ORS 441.111 to 441.119 and 441.993. Note: 441.122 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 441 or any series therein by legislative action.
