Additional remedies

(1) Notwithstanding the existence and pursuit of any other remedy, the Oregon Health Authority may, in the manner provided by law, maintain an action in the name of the state for injunction or other process against any person or governmental unit to restrain or prevent the establishment, conduct, management or operation of a health care facility or health maintenance organization without a license.
(2) Notwithstanding the existence and pursuit of any other remedy, the Department of Human Services may, in the manner provided by law, maintain an action in the name of the state for injunction or other process against any person or governmental unit to restrain or prevent the establishment, conduct, management or operation of a long term care facility without a license.
