During a disease outbreak, as defined in ORS 431A.005, the Public Health Director may authorize pharmacists licensed under ORS chapter 689 to administer vaccines to persons who are three years of age or older for a specified period of time if the Public Health Director determines that such authorization is necessary to protect the publics health. Note: 433.444 was added to and made a part of 433.110 to 433.770 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
