The Oregon Health Authority shall adopt rules requiring dentists and pharmacists to report information about the administration of vaccines to the immunization registry created under ORS 433.094. Note: 433.095 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 433 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
