(1) Each community developmental disabilities program and support service brokerage shall have a developmental disability advisory committee. (2) A person with an intellectual or developmental disability who is served by a support service brokerage, and the persons family members, shall have an opportunity for a formal, significant, continuing role in advising the support service brokerage regarding the design, implementation and quality assurance of the support service brokerage. Note: 430.664 was added to and made a part of 430.610 to 430.695 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
