The Oregon Behavioral Health Deflection Program Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. All moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 430.430 and 430.432. Note: 430.434 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 430 or any series therein by legislative action.
