No later than January 1, 2022, and at the beginning of each calendar quarter thereafter, the Oregon Health Authority shall report to the Legislative Assembly, in the manner provided in ORS 192.245, how funds from the Drug Treatment and Recovery Services Fund were spent in the preceding calendar quarter. Note: 430.393 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 430 or any series therein by legislative action.
