(1) In addition to any other liability or penalty provided by law, the Director of the Oregon Youth Authority shall impose a civil penalty, as provided in ORS 183.745, on an adjudicated youth foster home, as defined in ORS 420.888, that violates ORS 420.891. (2) A civil penalty under subsection (1) of this section is $500 for each violation. _______________
