In addition to any other liability or penalty provided by law, the Director of Human Services shall impose a civil penalty on a foster home, as defined in ORS 418.625, that violates ORS 418.644. A civil penalty under this section is $500 for each violation and shall be imposed as provided in ORS 183.745. Note: 418.991 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 418 or any series therein by legislative action.
