(1) As used in this section, abuse reporting hotline means a statewide toll-free telephone number operated by the Department of Human Services for reporting suspected abuse. (2) The department shall develop and maintain a centralized child abuse reporting system. The system must include the abuse reporting hotline for oral reports of suspected abuse and a website for electronic reports of suspected child abuse. Note: 418.190 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 418 or any series therein by legislative action.
