Amounts collected by the Oregon Health Authority from the assessments imposed under ORS 414.855 shall be deposited in the Hospital Quality Assurance Fund established under ORS 414.869. Note: 414.867 is repealed January 2, 2038, and applies to net revenues earned by hospitals during the period specified in 414.871.
