The Oregon Health Authority shall reimburse the cost of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder treatment services paid for on a fee-for-service basis at an enhanced rate based on: (1) Existing reimbursement codes used for co-occurring disorder treatments; (2) Clinical complexity; and (3) The education level of the provider. Note: 414.781 and 414.782 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 414 or any series therein by legislative action.
