The Health Evidence Review Commission shall review the coverage described in ORS 743A.067 (2) and, no later than November 1 of each even-numbered year, report to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to health any recommended changes to the coverage described in ORS 743A.067 (2) based upon the latest clinical research. Note: 414.694 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 414 or any series therein by legislative action.
