As used in ORS 414.534 to 414.538: (1) Medical assistance has the meaning given that term in ORS 414.025. (2) Provider has the meaning given that term in ORS 743B.001. Note: 414.532 to 414.540 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 414 or any series therein by legislative action.
