Oregon Code § ORS 414.326

Supplemental rebates from pharmaceutical manufacturers

(1) The Oregon Health Authority shall negotiate and enter into agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers for supplemental rebates that are in addition to the discount required under federal law to participate in the medical assistance program.
(2) The authority may participate in a multistate prescription drug purchasing pool for the purpose of negotiating supplemental rebates.
(3) ORS 414.325 and 414.334 apply to prescription drugs purchased for the medical assistance program under this section. [Formerly 414.747; 2013 c.14 7]
