The Medicaid Advisory Committee shall advise the Director of the Oregon Health Authority and the Director of Human Services on: (1) Medical care, including mental health and alcohol and drug treatment and remedial care to be provided under ORS chapter 414; and (2) The operation and administration of programs provided under ORS chapter 414.
