Oregon Health Plan Fund

(1) The Oregon Health Plan Fund is established, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Oregon Health Plan Fund shall be retained by the Oregon Health Plan Fund.
(2) Moneys in the Oregon Health Plan Fund are continuously appropriated to the Department of Human Services for the purposes of funding the maintenance and expansion of the number of persons eligible for medical assistance under the Oregon Health Plan and funding the maintenance of the benefits available under the Oregon Health Plan.
(3) On June 26, 2009, all moneys in the Oregon Health Plan Fund shall be transferred to the Oregon Health Authority Fund established in ORS 413.101.
