The Oregon Health Authority shall accept federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services billing, reimbursement and reporting forms instead of department billing, reimbursement and reporting forms if the federal forms contain substantially the same information as required by the department forms. Note: 414.034 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 414 or any series therein by legislative action.
