Services for children and youth under K Plan

Consistent with any assurances made by the Oregon Health Authority to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services under the provisions of the state plan for medical assistance relating to the Community First Choice Option under 42 U.S.C. 1396n(k), the authority shall ensure that all children and youth who are eligible for medical assistance, including children who are in the custody of the Department of Human Services, who meet the criteria for an institutional level of care have access to the home and community-based services to which they are entitled under the state plan for medical assistance.
