Notwithstanding any other provision of law, federal laws shall govern the administration of federally granted funds. The Director of the Oregon Health Authority may request a waiver of any federal law in order to fully implement provisions of state law using federally granted funds. Note: 413.071 and 413.072 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 413 or any series therein by legislative action.
