Notwithstanding ORS 8.690, 9.160, 9.320 or 203.145 or ORS chapter 180 or other law, in any contested case proceeding before the Oregon Health Authority, a party that is not a natural person may be represented by an attorney or by any officer or authorized agent or employee of the party. Note: 413.041 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 413 or any series therein by legislative action.
