(1) The Department of Human Services may not refer any individual on a job referral that would aid in the filling of a job opening that exists because of a labor dispute. (2) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, neither the department nor any other state agency may require as a condition of eligibility to receive benefits or services provided by the department or agency that an individual apply for or accept employment at any workplace where there is a labor dispute in progress. (3) As used in this section, labor dispute has the meaning given that term in ORS 662.010.
