Representation of entities in contested case proceedings before department

Notwithstanding ORS 8.690, 9.160, 9.320 or 203.145 or ORS chapter 180 or other law, in any contested case proceeding before the Department of Human Services, a party that is not a natural person may be represented by an attorney or by any officer or authorized agent or employee of the party.
