Agencies use of summary of benefits letter to determine eligibility

When determining an applicants eligibility for benefits or services that are offered by or through a state agency, the state agency may use a summary of benefits letter from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
Note: 408.518 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 408 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
