As used in ORS 406.087, 406.450, 406.452, 406.454 and 406.456: (1) Survivor of a veteran means the spouse or a dependent of a deceased veteran. (2) Veteran has the meaning given that term in ORS 408.225. Note: 406.448 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 406 or any series therein by legislative action.
