As used in ORS 403.500 to 403.542: (1) County means the county in which all or a portion of the district is located. (2) County board means county court or board of county commissioners of the county. (3) District means a radio and data district formed under ORS 403.500 to 403.542. (4) District board means the governing body of a district.
