Oregon Code § ORS 390.910

Intergovernmental cooperation; county representative on management advisory committee

In carrying out the provisions of ORS 390.805 to 390.925, the State Parks and Recreation Department may enter into intergovernmental agreements to form committees to advise the various governmental agencies involved regarding management of the scenic waterways. Each such agreement must provide for membership on the committee of a representative of one of the governing bodies of the counties through which the scenic waterway flows. The county representative shall be chosen by the Governor from among those individuals recommended to the Governor by the county governing bodies.
