The State Forestry Department shall retain primary responsibility for management of the Tillamook State Forest, provided, however, that the State Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for management of developed recreation facilities as identified in the recreation plan. Note: 390.295 and 390.300 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 390 or any series therein by legislative action.
