Oregon Code § ORS 381.260

Plans and specifications for bridge construction

Before any bridge is constructed by any of the counties, cities, towns or ports mentioned in ORS 381.205, the authorities desiring to construct the same shall select the location of the bridge and prepare the plans and specifications and the estimated cost of the structure, including rights of way, approaches and connecting roads.
