The Travel Information Council created under ORS 377.835 may: (1) Erect, improve, repair, maintain, equip and furnish buildings, structures and lands as the council determines is necessary to carry out its responsibilities under ORS 377.700 to 377.844; and (2) Acquire, receive, hold, control, convey, sell, lease, lend, manage, operate, improve and develop any and all property, real or personal, as the council determines is necessary to carry out its responsibilities under ORS 377.700 to 377.844.
