(1) An owner shall: (a) Assist and cooperate fully with the receiver in the administration of the estate and the discharge of the receivers duties, and comply with all orders of the court; (b) Supply to the receiver information necessary to enable the receiver to complete any schedules that the receiver is required to file under ORS 37.190, and otherwise assist the receiver in the completion of the schedules; (c) Upon the receivers appointment, deliver to the receiver all of the estate property in the persons possession, custody or control, including accounts, books, papers, records and other documents; and (d) After the receivers appointment, submit to examination under oath by the receiver, or by any other person upon order of the court, concerning the acts, conduct, property, liabilities and financial condition of the owner or any matter relating to the receivers administration of the estate. (2) When the owner is an entity, each officer, director, manager, member, partner or other individual exercising or having the power to exercise control over the affairs of the entity are subject to the requirements of this section.
