Industrial Rail Spur Fund

The Industrial Rail Spur Fund is established separate and distinct from the General Fund. The moneys in the Industrial Rail Spur Fund and the interest earnings of the fund are continuously appropriated to the Department of Transportation for the purpose of financing grants and loans to fund industrial rail spurs. The fund consists of moneys deposited in the fund under section 10, chapter 741, Oregon Laws 2003, and may include fees, moneys, federal funds, Miscellaneous Receipts or other revenues available for the purpose.
Note: 367.070 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 367 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
