ORS 350.500 to 350.530 do not establish any obligation or expectation for the appropriation of General Fund moneys to the subaccount described in ORS 350.520 or any obligation or expectation that moneys from forest products harvest taxes will be increased or reallocated for deposit to the subaccount described in ORS 350.520. [Formerly 351.682] Note: 350.525 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 350 or any series therein by legislative action.
