The Advanced Technology Education and Training Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Moneys in the Advanced Technology Education and Training Fund are continuously appropriated to the Higher Education Coordinating Commission for the purpose of making grants and loans for the provision of advanced technology education and training opportunities under ORS 350.170.
