ORS 348.748 to 348.757 shall be known and may be cited as Oregons Open Educational Resources (OER) Program. Note: 348.748 to 348.757 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 348 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
