Oregon Code § ORS 344.535

Department of Human Services rehabilitation services duties; rules

(1) The Department of Human Services shall ensure that vocational rehabilitation services, as defined in ORS 344.511, provided to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities are designed to help the individuals obtain competitive integrated employment, as defined in ORS 427.005.
(2) The department may not fund vocational rehabilitation services that occur in a sheltered work setting, as that term is defined by rule by the department.
