Notwithstanding any other law, a district school board may conduct internal investigations of alleged employee misconduct or wrongdoing at any time. Note: 342.961 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 342 or any series therein by legislative action.
