(1) As used in this section, virtual public school means a public school that: (a) Provides online courses; and (b) Does not primarily serve students in a physical location. (2) In any advertising or other promotional materials of a virtual public school, including a virtual public charter school as defined in ORS 338.005, the school must clearly state that the school is a publicly funded school. Note: 339.122 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 339 or any series therein by legislative action.
