(1) The Early Literacy Success Community Grant Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. (2) The Early Literacy Success Community Grant Fund shall consist of: (a) Moneys appropriated or otherwise transferred to the Early Literacy Success Community Grant Fund by the Legislative Assembly; and (b) Other amounts deposited in the fund from any source. (3) Moneys in the Early Literacy Success Community Grant Fund are continuously appropriated to the Department of Education for the Early Literacy Success Community Grant program established under ORS 327.843. HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION AND COLLEGE AND CAREER READINESS ACT Note: 327.850 to 327.895 were enacted as part of Ballot Measure 98 (2016), which included a preamble and subdivision headings. The preamble and subdivision headings have not been included in the Oregon Revised Statutes, but are available by accessing chapter 1, Oregon Laws 2017.
