The School Foods Revolving Account, separate and distinct from the General Fund, is continuously appropriated to the Department of Education for the purposes of ORS 327.520. All moneys received under the provisions of ORS 327.520 shall be paid by the department to the State Treasurer for credit to the School Foods Revolving Account.
