Oregon Code § ORS 327.152

Increased allocation when certain merger occurs

(1) If a school district responsible for education in kindergarten through grade 12, that does not operate a high school, merges with a district providing education in kindergarten through grade 12, the district providing the education shall be entitled to an increased allocation, based on the average daily membership of the former district, as follows:
(a) An additional 15 percent in the first year of operation of the merged district;
(b) An additional 10 percent in the second year of operation of the merged district; and
(c) An additional five percent in the third year of operation of the merged district.
(2) The amounts authorized by this section shall be computed based on the computation of the affected districts allocation of moneys from the State School Fund but shall be payable from funds specifically appropriated for the purposes of this section.
