Vacation of judgment; determining value of improvements by purchaser and rendering judgment therefor

Whenever the court vacates or sets aside a judgment of foreclosure with respect to any particular property, the court shall determine the value of any improvements placed on the property by the county or by any purchaser from the county, and shall give judgment therefor and collect the same from the claimant before putting the claimant in possession. [Amended by 2003 c.576 429]
