(1) The assessor shall determine the total amount to be raised for each taxing district in the code area and, for the total amount for each taxing district, the amount for each item that is listed in the taxing districts notice filed under ORS 310.060. (2) The amounts determined under this section shall serve as the basis for the assessors certificate prepared under ORS 311.105. Note: 310.153 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 310 or any series therein by legislative action.
