The county assessor and deputies may administer any oath authorized by law to be taken or made relating to the assessment and taxation of property, to the same extent as any other officers are authorized to administer oaths. [Amended by 1981 c.804 32] WHERE AND TO WHOM PROPERTY ASSESSED
