Oregon Code § ORS 294.960

Collection and disposition of amounts due counties

Pursuant to ORS 293.250, a county may collect any moneys owed to the county pursuant to a judgment obtained under ORS 169.151. The county shall provide to the Department of Revenue the amount owed and the name, Social Security number and address of the person who owes the moneys.
Note: 294.960 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 294 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
