As used in ORS 292.210 to 292.230, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) State agency has the same meaning as provided in ORS 291.002. (2) State officer means any elected or appointed state officer, including members of boards and commissions. [Amended by 1953 c.623 3; 1971 c.153 1]
