Moneys in the Administrative Services Economic Development Fund are continuously appropriated for the payment of accounting charges of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services in order to maintain accountability of the fund. Note: 291.285 and 291.290 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 291 or any series therein by legislative action.
